Kinga Inoue studied Confucianism under Randai Inoue and the Han (Chinese) classics and the philosophy of Chutze and Wang Yang-Ming.
Kinga Inoue based his writings after the great essayists of the Tang dynasties. Later originated his own eclecticism which greatly influenced the scholars in Edo. Such scholars as Hokuzan Yamamoto and Kinjo Ota were encouraged by him.
