Served with Omiya Plant of Railway Bureau.
Served successively as superintendent of Hamamatsu Plant of Railway.
Ministry from 1933 and director of Construction and Materials bureaus; After retiring from government service in 1945 assumed post of managing director of Tokjo Kyuko Railway Company and then became president of KawasaKi Rolling Stock Company in 1947.
