Background
Educationist. Born in Aomori Prefecture, he graduated from Tokyo Higher Industrial Art School (1918). Has specialized domestic science and housekeeping. Has written many books including "The Housewife's Domestic Science," "Science In Home Life," etc. and articles for magazines and newspapers on similar subjects. Is professor of the Tokyo Bunka College and a foremost expert on rationalization of home life.
