Air Cadets

Kiran McDonald-Seran is a Scottish rugby union player who is part of the British Telecom Sport Glasgow & The West Academy training for the Lock position and assigned to Glasgow Warriors.

Career

McDonald played for Glasgow Academicals in the 2013-2014 season. When not involved in Warriors duty, McDonald now plays for Glasgow Hawks. The trophy is awarded to the Cadet who, in the opinion of the officers, is the best of the Air Cadets to attend the course in that particular year.

McDonald studied sport science at the City of Glasgow College in 2013.

Achievements

  • Previously in 2012, as a Royal Air Force Cadet, McDonald won the Kriegie Trophy. A motion was lodged in the Scottish Parliament by his local Managing Successful Programmes, Fiona Macleod of the Scottish National Party, to congratulate McDonald"s achievement.
