Career
Dixon"s position of choice is as a centre, but he can also play on the wing. Dixon has previously played for Hull and rugby union for Northampton Saints. Dixon was given a new two-year deal at Castleford following some good form in 2009.
He finished the club"s top try scorer in this season.
Prior to the start of the 2015 season, Dixon announced his retirement due to a neck injury. Dixons retirement was met with sadness across the Castleford faithful.
He still attends games down at Castleford.
