Kiyoteru Hanada was born in 1910, in Fukuoka, Japan.

Education

He graduated of the English Literature Course, Kyoto University, he was a leftist critic.

Career

Kiyoteru Hanada was initially attracted to the Japanese fascist movement promoted by Nakano Seigō. He played a major role in the development of integrated audio-visual art. Hanada believed that art should serve politics.
