Kodo graduated from Law Department (1925) and Economics Department (1928) of Tokyo University.
Career
Kodo became reporter of Chugai Shogyo Shimpo. He served successively as non-regular staff member of Research Division of South Manchurian Railway and managing director of Social Economic Research Institute and thereafter was elected three times to House of Representatives.
