Career
He was among 81 people expelled from Kwame Nkrumah"s Convention People"s Party in 1954. However, Batsa was subsequently re-admitted to the CPP and made principal research officer at the Bureau of African Affairs. Foreign a while he was editor of the monthly Voice of Africa.
In November 1963 Batsa also became Secretary-General of the Pan-African Union of Journalists (PAUJ).
He returned to politics as an aide to Hilla Limann"s 1979-1981 government.In 1973 Kofi got married to Victoria Ababio and had a child named Tricia Batsa.Kofi"s life will remembered by is daughters Veronica Batsa,Idris Batsa and Brenda Batsa also by grandchildren Angelio Batsalue,Abena Batsa,Jeromey Batsa,Jermaine Batsa and Nyla Batsa.
