From 1934 government work in Uzbekistan and Gorky Oblast. After 14th Congress member, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks);at 13th, 15th and 16th Congresses candidate member, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Arrested by Stale Security organs.
