1947-1951 cathedral archpriest and Administrative Manager, Ukrainia Exarchate. 1951 representative, Moscow Patriarchy, at government and diplomatic receptions at Kremlin and foreign embassies in Moscow. Member, Moscow Patriarchial delegate: 1948 at ecclesiastical counc. in Lvov to deal with the abolition of the Brest Uniate Church of 1596.
1951 at the enthronement of Makari, Metropolitan of Warsaw and All Poland. 1955 in Canada, then England and Scotland with the aim of establishing church relations. 1958 at the Lambeth Conference of Anglican Churches, London.
1959 at the Thessalonica Celebrations at Salonica, and Athens. At the 2nd Prague Christian Conference in Defense of Peace. 1960 accompanied Patriarch AJeksiy on his Near East tour.
Member, Russia Orthodox Church Commission for Interchristian Relations.
