Konstantin Andreevich graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (now Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University) (1941).
Career
Since 1941, an engineer at the military factories of the Black Sea Fleet. Since 1946, a senior engineer at the Artillery Research Marine Institute in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg). Since 1952, the director of the Ryazan Radio Engineering Institute (now Ryazan State Radio Engineering University). Since 1957, assistant professor, vice-rector of the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (now Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University). In 1967-1976, rector of the Penza Polytechnic Institute, head of the department of design and manufacture of electronic equipment.
Konstantin Andreevich is the author of over 130 works, including books: Continuous Computing Machines (Penza, 1964), Design and Calculation of Computing Machines (Penza, 1966).
