Konstantin Fyodorovich graduated from Novopodrezkovaya High School (1961-1969), Khimki Mechanical Technical School (1969-1973), All-Union Correspondence Mechanical Engineering Institute (1976-1982).

Career

Konstantin Fyodorovich served in the ship-repair battalion of the Northern Fleet garrison Polyarny (1973-1975). He was a senior process technician, constructor engineer, deputy head of the workshop, head of the workshop of the Energomash Khimki Plant (1975-1990). Founder and chairman of the Moscow Regional Heraldry Fan Club "Spring" (since 1990), chief editor of the All-Russian newsletter "Herald's Herald" (since 1992).
