Konstantin Mikhailovich Antipov was born on January 10, 1884 in Saint Petersburg City, Russian Federation.
Konstantin Mikhailovich studied in Zlatopil, Cherkasy and Uman gymnasium (Kiev province) from 1901-1903. In 1903 he was transferred in Saint Petersburg Imperial University and graduated in 1909.
In 1907 Konstantin Mikhailovich became the permanent employee of "Dragonfly" magazine, made up ideas and captions for caricatures and wrote poems. After the graduation from the university Konstantin Mikhailovich served as the assistant of attorney, as lawyer and was the member of Saint Petersburg juror bar. He issued the anthology of his own translations "New German poets". In 1914 he was printed in M.A. Suvorin’s nationalistic journal "Lukomorie", which caused to sarcastic criticism of his colleagues on pages of "Satyricom".
After February Revolution Konstantin Mikhailovich discharged the duties of Saint Petersburg Governorate jail inspector for supervision over the imprisonment conditions. After the October Revolution he worked in ROSTA, supervised the literature department of "Poor" and "Komunar", where he printed series of articles "Socialism impact on German poetry". In the 30th of May 1919 he published in "Izvestiya" the first "International".
Konstantin Mikhailovich died of typhus near Ufa.
