Stergiou, Konstantinos was born on March 19, 1959 in Athens, Greece. Son of Iordanis and Eleni (Akrivou) Stergiou.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Biology, University Thessaloniki, Greece, 1981. Master of Science in Oceanography, McGill University, Montreal, Canada, 1984. Doctor of Philosophy in Icthyology (honorary), University Thessaloniki, 1991.

Career

Researcher National Center for Marine Research, Athens, 1985-1987, since 1991. Invited lecturer Hellenic Center Productivity, Athens, 1986-1993.
