Education
Koshiro Tsukamoto graduated from Tokyo University in 1899.
Career
After graduating from the university, in 1907 Tsukamoto was appointed chief engineer to the Railway Board, and later in 1914 was sent to England and Germany for study of railway material, making special research in rails. Later worked as a professor at Engineering College.
