Koyo Ono graduated from Philosophy Department of Rissho University (1927).
Career
Koyo Ono was chief director and principal of Rissho Gakuen. She was appointed permanent director of Federation of Japan Private School Associations and chief director of Federation of Japan Middle and High Schools Associations (1947).
Koyo Ono was elected to House of Councilors (1947) and became Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Education (1948).
She holds additional posts of principal of Rissho Gakuen Girls' High School, Middle School and Elementary School (since 1946) and chairman of Tokyo Private School Association, member of Tokyo Prefectural Private School Council and official of a few other educational organizations.
