Krishan Pal Gurjar is an Indian politician and a member of parliament in the 16th Lok Sabha representing the Fariabad constituency in the state of Haryana.

Career

He is now a Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment. He was minister for transport in Bansi Lal led Government of Haryana from 1996-1999. He also served as bjp state president for Haryana.

Krishan Pal Gurjar was born on 4 February 1957 in the village Mewla Maharajpur of Faridabad, Haryana to Hans Raj Zaildar in a Baisla clan of Gurjar.

He graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru College in 1978 and got his Degree of Law from Meerut University.

Achievements

  • He won his seat in the Indian general election, 2014 as a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate by margin of 466873 vote.

Politics

He entered electoral politics in 1994 by winning the election of Corporation Councilor under the banner of Bhartiya Janta Party and became the party"s State Minister.

Membership

He was elected as Member of Legislative Assembly of Haryana for Mewla Maharajpur Constituency in 1996.
