Career
Jaksch was selected pick #12 in the 2012 American Federation of Labor-Congress Draft by Greater Western Sydney. He made his debut in round 22, and kicked a goal with his first kick. Jaksch was previously a student at Carey Baptist Grammar School.
On 15 October 2014 Jaksch and teammate Mark Whiley were traded to the Carlton Football Club.
Carlton Jaksch debuted for Carlton in Round 1, 2015 against Richmond in a loss. Jaksch suffered a broken rib which sidelined him until Round 5, 2015.
