1946 member, Soviet delegation at Paris Peace Conference. Since 1946 has headed Belarusian delegation at United Nations. 1947 on behalf of Belarusian government signed peace treaty with Italy, Rumania, Hungary, Bulgaria and Finland.
Deputy, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1950 and 1954 convocation. Deputy, Belarusian Supreme Soviet of all convocation. 1928-1930 intern, Neurological Clinic, Voronezh University.
1930-1937 associate, All-Union Institute of Experimental Medicine, Moscow. 1937-1938 Belarusian Popular Commissar of Health. 1938-1940 Chairman, Belarusian Council of Popular Commissar.
1940-1941 Deputy Director, All-Union Institute of Experimental Medicine. 1941-1944 Director, Moscow Medicine Publ. House, then Chairman, Executive Committee, Ulyanovsk Oblast Soviet of Workers’ Deputy.
1944-1959 simultaneously Deputy Chairman, Belarusian Council of Ministers.
