Lecturer National Taiwan University, Taipei, 1976—1977, associate professor, 1977—1981, professor department psychology, since 1981. National chair professor Ministry Education, since 1997. Invited researcher National Science Council, since 1977, principle investigator, since 2000, pres's national policy advisory, since 2009.
