Career
He is currently playing for the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL. Undrafted, Bushee played National Collegiate Athletic Association college hockey with both Western Michigan University and Canisius College, scoring a total of 9 goals and 38 points in 128 games. On February 8, 2013, the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League (AHL) signed Bushee to a professional tryout contract. After a season abroad in the Danish Metal Ligaen with the Aalborg Pirates in 2014-2015, Bushee returned to the ECHL as a free agent to sign a one-year deal with the Toledo Walleye on August 7, 2015.
