Career
Jacobs has also previously played for and Kilmarnock. After progressing through the youth ranks at Jacobs made his first team debut as a second half substitute against Dundee on 21 February 2009. Jacobs appeared in 102 league matches for before he left the club at the end of the 2012-2013 season.
Jacobs signed a six month contract with Kilmarnock in August 2013.
After making five league appearances Jacobs was released by the Rugby Park club in January 2014. Jacobs then returned to on an 18 month contract during the transfer window.
Jacobs signed for Dumfries club Queen of the South at the start of the 2015-2016 season.
