Career
Kofoed was the Mission Nampa contestant in the Mission Idaho contest. Kofoed was at the time of her winning the Mission Idaho title a sophomore at Brigham Young University (Brigham Young University) in Provo, Utah. Kofoed is the oldest of ten children, and has performed musically with her entire family.
At Mission America 2011, Kofoed was the only contestant to wear a one-piece swimsuit, drawing media attention and praise from Evangelical Christian bloggers.
Membership
She is studying music at Brigham Young University where she has been a member of the Brigham Young University women"s chorus.
