In 1925 Kyutaro Kikuno graduated from Economics Department of Waseda University.
Career
While engaging in agriculture became president of Inami Bank (1936) and director and then president of Inami Henshoku Kogyo Kaisha (Sewing & Weaving Industry Company). Kyutaro Kikuno appointed mayor of Yamano Village, Higashi-Tonami-gun, Toyama Prefecture, and chairman of Agricultural Association of the same village. He became director and vice-president of Chuetsu Boshoku (Spinning & Weaving) Company and then was appointed its president (1953).
