1917-1926 exec official, Central Committee, All-Russian Communist Youth League and Executive Committee, Communist Youth International. 1918-1922 first secretary, Central Committee, All-Russian Communist Youth League. Member, editorial board, newspaper “Communist Youth League'skaya pravda”.
Then worked for Centr Union of Consumer Social. And did lecturing work. At 15th and 16th Party Congresses elected member, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Centr Control Commission.
1931 expelled from All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Centr Control Commission for siding with Leftist-Rightist Bloc. 1935 expelled from Party for alleged anti-Party and anti-government activities and later sentenced.
