He breathed his last at All India Institute Of Medical Sciences in Delhi today. Chaubey represented Buxar parliamentary constituency four consecutive terms. He was one of the pillars of BJP, who served party in different capacity.
He was elected Modern Language Association from Chainpur Assembly Constituency first time in 1972.
