Career
He obtained Engineering Degrees in Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1978, 1992 and 1999 respectively and gained Master of Administration degree by the Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands in 2002. Between 1978 to 1986, he worked at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology until he joined Vietnam Electricity in 1986. At HYDRO 2007 in Huerta del Sello in Granada, Spain he spoke of Vietnam"s hydroelectric plans over the next 20 years.
