Larry Godwin was born on August 28, 1942, in Amarillo, Texas, United States. He is a son of Lester Godwin, an attorney and rancher, and Helen Godwin.

Education

In 1964 Larry Godwin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. In 1967 he obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Berkeley. In 1974 Godwin gained a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Career

In Surviving Our Parents' Mistakes: Healing the Scars from Childhood Mistreatment, Larry Godwin has created a self-help book out of the writings in his journals.
