KELLIE, Lawrence was born on April 3, 1862 in London. 2nd son of George Kelly of London and Shanklin, Isle of Wight.

Education

North Cheam; Royal Academy of Music. Pupil of Alberto Randegger.

Career

Was articled to firm of solicitors in the city, but three years later, 1885, entered Royal Academy. Made d^but at Covent Garden Promenade concerts, 1886. Since then has given song recitals of his own works in all important towns of United Kingdom and in Paris, including a series with M. Tivadar Nach6z.
