Lazaro was a student of the Golden West College in Huntington Beach, California, United States. He received a Registered Nursing degree. Also, he studied at the University of California, Irvine in California, United States where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in the area of biology.

Career

Lazaro worked as an executive director, founder of the Rodes International in Huntington Beach, California, United States from 1983 to 1987. In this year he became a distribution director in Imcom Group Inc. in Carson, California, United States. He worked there for a year. Since 1988 he was a chief administrative officer of the National Peripherals in Costa Mesa, California, United States. In 2002 he became a President in Pass Inc. in Carson, California, United States.
