Member State Board Charities, 1907-1908. Counsel to Public Service Commission, 2d District, April 1908-1921, to Public Service Commission, 1921-1923. Delaware New York Constitutional Convention, 1915, Trustee St. Lawrence University, since 1884(president of the board, 1919-1924).
