Career
Lei Tenglong started his football career in 2003 playing for Beijing Guoan"s youth academy. In the 2010 season, he was loaned out to South.League side Beijing Guoan Talent. He made his debut for the club on 12 February 2010 in a 1-0 loss against Étoile Football Club. He returned to Beijing in July 2010 and was promoted to the first team in 2011.
Lei played eight league matches in his debut season.
However, he appeared in just one match during the 2012 season due to injury. On 31 July 2013, Lei was loaned to Primeira Liga side Marítimo until 30 June 2014.
He mostly played for Segunda Liga side Marítimo B and established himself as a starter for the club during the second half of the 2013-2014 season.
