The law firm was established in 1969 and is located in Stavanger, the oil capital of Norway.
Today the firm has six partners. Its main fields are Business Law, Construction Law, Compulsory Purchase Law and Public Law. In Business Law, main interest is Company Law, Tax Law, Banking and Financial Law, including Leasing and Factoring.
The law firm"s clients are mostly bigger and smaller companies and organizations in the commercial sector, but the firm also represents private clients and municipalities.
