Assistant Professor of Private International Law, University of Lund, 1967-1969. Professor of International Law, University of Lund, 1969-1995. Author of a number of books and many articles in the fields of European Community law, international civil procedure and conflict of laws.
Has been engaged in legislative and other governmental work in a number of committees set up under the auspices of the Swedish Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Member of the Editorial Committee of Nordisk Tidskrift for International Retired Member of the Board of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.
