Leonid Borisovich graduated from electromechanical technical school of the Moscow Soviet (1956) and Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, specializing in electrical engineering.
From 1956 to 1975 Leonid Borisovich worked at Likhachev Plant, having passed the path from an electrician, an engineer to a deputy chief of a workshop for the construction of a plant. In 1975-1980 he was deputy director for construction, then deputy general director of the Presnensky machine-building plant association. From 1980 to 1981 Leonid was a director of the Moscow Knitting Machine-Building Plant, from 1981 to 1986 took a position of Deputy of the All-Union Production Association for Construction, Finance and General Issues of the Ministry of Food Industry.In1986 Leonid Borisovich became a Head of the Construction Department of the Minmashstroy Light Industry.
In 1986, Leonid Borisovich became the manager of the State Building Trust Spetsremstroimontazh. In 1990-1991 he worked as chairman of the Proletarian District Executive Committee of the city of Moscow, then as deputy prefect of the South-Eastern Administrative District (1991).
Since 1991 and up to the present time he is a General Director of Mosgormremstroy (now - JSC Mosremstroy). In 1995-1996 under a direct supervision of Leonid took place a restoration of the hospital after the terrorist attack in the city of Budennovsk.
Leonid Borisovich Dzyubenko is an Honored Builder of Russia. For 44 years of work in the construction industry has repeatedly won the socialist competitions (1970-1973), was awarded with Honorary Diplomas of the Central Committee of the CPSU, the Council of Ministers of the USSR, the Central Committee of the Central Council of Trade Unions, the Moscow City Executive Committee and the Proletarian District Executive Committee.
