Career
1905 active member, "Leagne of Unions”. Member form Kaunas Province, 1st State Duma. Company-founder, Labor Group.
1917 represented People's Socialists and Laborists (Trudoviki) in Executive Coml, Petrograd Soviet of Workers and Soldiers’ Deputy. After 1917 October revoljoined ’’Union of Renaissance”. 1927 emigrated and worked in Paris and Berlin as member, Central Committee, Jewish Social of Artisan and Agrarian Labor.
Wrote numerous articles on Jewish question.
