The firm was established in 1986 by LEOPOLD Thomas KALUNGA, who was until that date Principal State Attorney in the Attorney General"s Chambers Dar es Salaam, with a clear policy of filling the legal vacuum then in existence in the fields of admiralty, maritime, transportation law, international project finance, World Bank and regional bank project finance.
This has been the core of the firm"s practice and/or business.
