Among the first to join the Civic Union of Buenos Aires (later the Radical Party), 1891. Professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, 1905. Dean, 1920; Argentine representative to the Conference on Maritime Law of Venice, 1907, and to the High International Commission on Uniform Legislation of Buenos Aires, 1916.
