McKissock & Hoffman has a strong tradition of involvement in major trial assignments and complex litigation.
We handle a variety of cases with an emphasis on aviation, professional liability and malpractice, bodily injury, errors and omissions insurance coverage, toxic torts and commercial litigation.
While a large portion of our practice includes defense assignments from various property and casualty insurers, we are frequently retained directly by individuals and business entities to provide counseling and representation in areas including commercial litigation, antitrust and health care law.
