Career
As a composer he wrote a number of lighter orchestral pieces such as Lullaby for Penelope, although nowadays he is perhaps best known for co-composing the theme to the British Broadcasting Corporation soap opera EastEnders with Simon May. Other television credits include The Secret War, Cold Warrior and Howards" Way.
