(Four examinations with a total of 156 questions with thor...)
Four examinations with a total of 156 questions with thorough, annotated answers that encompass the field of Oral Histology and Embryology. Dr. Gartner is an internationally famous Anatomist and Histologist whose textbooks have been translated into ten languages and are used in Medical and Dental Schools throughout the world. He taught Oral Histology and Embryology, Human Histology, and Gross Anatomy for 36 years at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland and published textbooks in each of those fields. He has received numerous teaching awards during his tenure at the University of Maryland and has served on several of the American Dental Association's National Board Test Construction Committees. Obviously the questions offered in the present volume are not the same questions that the student will face when taking the National Board Examination, however, the questions in this book point the way to and the annotated answers explain why among the choices presented there is only one correct answer.
