1919 graduated Mech. Department, Kharkov Technology Institute.

Career

1925-1926 designed first USSR lamps for industrial enterprises. 1932 occupied with reconstruction of Moscow lighting system. 1928, 1935 and 1937 USSR representative at International Congresses of Illumination Engineering.

1919-1927 electrical engineer in USSR clcctr. industry. 1927-1933 instructor, then Head, Chair of Illumination Engineering and Dean, Faculty of Electrovacuum Engineering, Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
