ZHEKULIN, Lev was born in 1901.
1922 graduated Physics Department, Moscow University. 1929 graduated Plekhanov Institute of National Economics.
Member, Editor Board, journal “Elektrichestvo” (Electricity), since 1960. 1936 in Electronic Communications Brigade,Department of Technology Science, USSR Academy of Science, working on effects of earth’s magnetic field on radio wave propagation along Moscow-Khabarovsk radio communication line. Developed multi-layer electromagnetic screens.
1937-1939 worked with team drafting Third Five-Year Plan for the Development of Communications. 194748 worked on coaxial cable capable of carrying simultaneously several hundred telephone conversations, telegraph messages and television programs.
