Her first husband was a London art dealer. Her second husband was the fellow artist David Bomberg (1890-1957). She didn"t have her first solo exhibition until she was in her 70s.
Her work is in the permanent collection of the Tate Gallery.
Membership
She was a founding member of the Borough Group.
