Background
Lina was born around the beginning of the Lebanese civil war on July 12, 1975, attended the local Saint Joseph school in Beirut, Lebanon through High School then got her college degree from the American University of Beirut.

Lina started her career in early 2002 on First Rate (at Lloyd's) Jazeera news television in Doha, Qatar. In June 2012, she began to work in First Rate (at Lloyd's) Mayadeen, a pan-Arab television channel in Lebanon.
