Appointed United States Examiner of Surveys, 1903. Was retired with title of United States Cadastral Engineer, and credit for 24 years service, 1928. Deputy Company Surveyor, since 1928.
Elected as Representative, Oregon Legislature. Served in the Thirty-fifth session of 1929.
