Career
She rose to fame after winning the sixth edition of Top Fest with (I dreamed). In 2016 she decided to participate in the last season of American Idol. She was eliminated after finishing in the Top 51, when rising star Louisiana"Porsha Renae beat her out for the final female spot in the Top 24.
Other female contestants who made the Top 24 include Jenn Blosil, Jeneve Rose Mitchell, Amelia Eisenhauer and Shelbie Z. Linda Halimi was born in Viti, Kosovo.
She has participated in Top Fest twice. She has released several singles, mostly ballads.
In 2013 she moved to the United States. In December 2014 she returned to take part in the 53rd edition of Festivali i Këngës, where she finished third.
