Linda Ney Saeta

Education

Saeta received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado in 1979. The institution was founded in 1876, the same year Colorado became a state, and it is now the flagship campus of the University of Colorado system.

She later received a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1988. Georgetown Law began in 1870, when the directors of Georgetown University established a separate department to train lawyers, and it was the first law school established in the United States by a Jesuit institution. The school moved from offering LL.B. degrees to awarding J.D. degrees beginning in the 1960s.

Career

Saeta completed her legal training at Georgetown in 1988 and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar the same year. Her legal career included a partnership with S Eggeuno, beginning in 1988.

She was admitted to the Colorado bar in 1990, extending her qualifications beyond Massachusetts.
