This law firm emerged from a long association of legal practitioners. Carl B. Galbraith began practicing law in Wheeling, West Virginia in 1932 and was later associated in practice with George H. Seibert, Junior in 1939.
They were joined by Ronald West. Kasserman in 1958 and established the firm of Galbraith, Seibert and Kasserman in 1970.
That firm was succeeded by the present firm which provides services to individuals, businesses and corporations and engages in the general practice of law in all courts in the state of West Virginia, with concentration in the northern panhandle of the state.
