Career
She is best known for her performance as the evil drug baroness Ruth Ballinger in Prisoner in 1985. Davies acted in the film Malcolm alongside Colin Friels and John Hargreaves. From 1995 to 2007, she was the Dean of the School of Drama at the Victorian College of Arts in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
